At Whisker’s Widgets, we care about happy cats and happy humans. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it purrfect. We've built our Returns & Exchanges Policy to give you peace of mind from start to finish.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Most unused items can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused and free of visible wear - no cat hair, scratches, stains, etc.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless defective.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
2. Exchanges
If your cat doesn’t take to the material you selected for your starter kit, you may exchange the unused inserts for a different material within 60 days.
- Return shipping: You'll cover the cost of sending the original inserts back to us.
- Replacement shipping: We'll ship the new inserts to you free of charge.
- Price differences: If the new material is higher in value, you'll pay the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund you the difference.
- Exchanges are not available for Refill Packs.
3. Return/Exchange Process
- Contact us at returns@whiskerswidgets.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
- Securely package your item and ship it back using a trackable service.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
4. Additional Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Large or frequent returns may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
- Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost to you.
