The Cats
With seven distinct personalities under one roof, our home is full of quirks, moods, and mealtime negotiations. It's a little chaotic at times, but our hearts are full, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
This page is our tribute to the furry faces who inspire us every day. From the quiet, gentle soul to the energy-filled athlete, each cat has left their mark - literally and figuratively. This bunch is our current crew, but we've shared our lives with many other beloved kitties along the way. And while they may not be featured here, their pawprints are still a part of our story.

The Bonded Pair
We met these two in the spring of 2018 at PetSmart. They were 9 months old, sporting different names and very different vibes. The tuxedo-coated one was all charm - eager for human affection and quick to lean into our hands. While we smothered him with pets from one side, his brother smothered him with kisses from the other.
As we stood there petting them through the metal bars, we had a sinking feeling they might be separated. The orange one was shy, with a milky eye, and didn't draw attention the way his brother did and would be easily overlooked. We didn't even make it out of the store before we had already renamed them - Jack and Zanzibar.
We submitted our application that same day, only to learn that Jack, the outgoing, black-and-white one, was already pending adoption. Thankfully, the shelter wanted to keep them together just as much as we did. They granted the adoption to us and the boys came home as a pair.

Jack is our tuxedo-coated charmer and the inspiration for our very first product. He's a big baby who isn't ashamed to demand attention when he's ready for it.
Zanzibar
Zanzi is playful, quirky, and endlessly affectionate. He's a silly orange boy with a big heart who's always ready to entertain.
The Playful Duo
Beebee
Beebee is currently our only girl - and the only one of the current bunch we adopted as a young kitten. At just six weeks old, she was found outside: wet, cold, hungry, and alone. When we saw a social media post looking for a home for her, we instantly fell in love with her cute, little face and knew she was meant to be ours. She's been a part of our family since the spring of 2021.
She's our tiny girl with big brown eyes, a sweet heart, and a squeaky little voice.
Charlie
This handsome boy and his sister were dropped off in a neighborhood at six months old. A kind-hearted neighbor took them in temporarily, but they needed a permanent home. A friend of ours adopted the girl and told us about this friendly boy. At the time, Beebee was six months old - full of energy and driving our older cats bonkers with her shenanigans. She needed a buddy that could match her energy, so we welcomed Charlie into the family. He's been her partner in chaos ever since.
Charlie is our athletic ball of energy - always on the move, always up to something, and always entertaining.
The Three Amigos
This trio joined our family in December of 2024. We adopted them from a shelter who had taken them in from a hoarding situation. Their experience left them untrusting of humans and made them hard to find homes for.
We only intended to adopt one of these fluffy babies, but after learning how much they loved one another and seeing the small room they shared with seven other cats, we couldn't walk away with just one. We decided to name them after the characters in the 1986 film, "The Three Amigos": Lucky, Dusty, and Ned.
It took them some time to feel safe here, but once they did their personalities really started to shine.

Lucky is aptly named. He's missing half his tail - a battle scar from what was likely a close call - and he's lucky we saw past the hisses and snarls. Of the bunch, he was the least trusting, growling and hiding away. We decided to take a chance on him anyway and we are so glad we did.

Dusty lends his name to the muted orange color and markings of his coat. He was shy when we met him - quiet, cautious, and noticeably underweight. He didn't seek human attention, but followed Ned everywhere nuzzling him at every chance. It was clear that separating them would break his heart, so we brought them home together.

Ned got his name because he looks nothing like the other two. With his long, fluffy fur and striking face markings, he's the one that first caught our eye - and the reason we reached out to the rescue in the first place. He was the friendliest and most trusting of the bunch making it easy to fall for all three.
